Importing Users from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

1. Log in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center:

• Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Log in with your admin credentials.

2. Navigate to Active Users:

• In the left-hand navigation pane, click on Users.
• Then select Active users.

3. Export Users:

• On the Active Users page, check the list of users to ensure only end user accounts are included.
• If you have service accounts in the users list, consider applying a filter so that only end users are listed.
• When ready, click on the Export button located above the user list.
• Choose the option Export. This will download a CSV file (.csv) with details of all users.

4. Go to the Hut Six Bulk User upload page:

• Login to Hut Six with your Super User or (Core/Training/Phishing) Manager credentials.
• Click "Manage" on the sidebar.
• Click the "Users" link.
• In the users table click the "Bulk upload users" button towards the top right.

5. Select the CSV file:

• Under "What CSV format are you using?", select the "Microsoft 365 or Azure AD Format" option.
• Click on the "choose file" button to upload your CSV file.

6. Select CSV Upload options

• Choose if you want to update existing users using the CSV file. Existing users will be identified using their email address.
• Choose if you want to re-enable any disabled users that are included in this CSV. If this box is checked, existing users who are currently disabled and are present in the CSV file, will be set to enabled.
• Choose if you want to disable users not included in the CSV. If this box is checked, then the users that are currently on the LMS, but not present in the CSV file will be disabled. This box should only be checked if the CSV file includes ALL users that should have access to the LMS. Existing users will be identified using their email address.

7. Upload the CSV file

• Once you have confirmed that all the correct options are selected, click the "Add" button to process the CSV.
